I just recently downloaded OS Lion 10.7.3 and now I can't use my Microsoft Office suite. I get a error message "You can't open the application Microsoft Word because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

Office 2008 and 2011 both work with Lion.
You are likely running Office 2004 which is no longer supported on Lion.
You are using a version of Office that is about 8 years old made for the old PowerPC computers. If you do not want to upgrade you'll have to revert back to Snow Leopard.
So out with the old and in with the new I guess I will be upgrading.
Great so the upgade I pay for is actually costing more!!!! Now I have to buy the newest Micorsoft! RIP OFF!!!
Makes me sad as I am always saying to people that they should get a Mac I never have any problems with them!
