Thing is, the iCloud sync option is not available for music, just for Apps and Books.

Could it be that this sync option is not available here in Portugal?

Any ideas why the Music option is not visible?

Music is not currently available in the cloud in Portugal (this page lists what is available where). If/when it might be available, nobody on here will know until Apple announce something.

Apple has to negotiate with the rights holders in each region. My guess is that it will come to you in time, however nobody can say for certain.

So basically what I have is this:

    1. I bought and iPAD 4G which I was informed later that it is not compatible with 4G Networks in Portugal. Of course, no refund available. No info on Apple's website. Just a huge "4G+Wifi" version...

    2. I'm a iTunes customer. I pay for what I buy. I have an iCloud account. But I cannot use that feature...What??!!!!!!

Thanks for considering me as an European customer, a second class citizen, Apple

    Nice job!!!!!

    What a disgrace...

Syncing music via iCloud is only one part of iCloud... it provides many other features, all of which you have access too.

No, you are not a second class citizen and it's not Apple that determines whether music or videos can be downloaded/synced via iCloud, it's the content providers.

    Educate yourself before typing.

Well, excuse me, but do you have a serious explanation for the fact that I CAN buy, pay and download music to my Pc, sync that music using a cable but I cannot use a service that is advertised without any limitations on Apple website, without any warning, to sync that SAME music? Is that it?

And the fact that Apple doesn't inform anyone (specially on their local website) that the 4G version is not compatible without the networks in our country? Is that normal?!

What I see here is total disrespect from Apple towards customers outside the USA.

The only thing I want is what I paid for and what has been advertised in my country on the local website.

A simple "not available in our country" should suffice, thank you..

Maybe the one who should get some education is yourself...
