Can anyone tell me the last workable version of Samsung Kies for Mac OS 10.5.8? I downloaded version 2.0 and it crashes as soon as it opens. Now I have lost the version that did work via USB cable and can't find it again.

It took me 30 minutes to log into this forum but I really wanted to help you. After hours of searching with the same problem as you the solution is to load
Samsung Kies 1.0.0.11081 Beta
from
http://samsung-kies.softonic.fr/mac/telecharger
and not to update thereafter!

In truth Kies gets automatically updated so it does not work for me either. I use kies air through wifi and IP address first connecting your phone to wifi spot, accept when it asks you if it's secure, then ip address appears on your phone, then enter that same address in safari bar. downloading is slower but works, sometimes need to renew the page on mac.
