How can I use my phone Internet so I can use it on my lpad

Consult your phone's documentation to see if it supports tethering (also known as Personal Hot Spot in some devices). If it does, then ask your cell carrier if they support tethering in your cell plan. Once that's set up, your phone's documentation should tell you how to set up tethering. You then connect your iPad to the phone as you would to any standard WiFi hotspot.
