Like opening it for the first time...again and again

For the past month or so I'll open up iTunes and it'll randomly be like I'm opening it for the first time since installing...it'll ask if I agree to the terms and conditions and such...ask if I want to take the iTunes tour, and I'll have to re-enter my password for purchases and updates to applications. I currently run the most recent update of iTunes on Windows 7, and everything seems to be running normal. I know this really isn't that big of an issue, the only thing that really gets annoying though is the fact that I like to sync my phone via wi-fi so I don't have to plug it in and risk shortening the battery life (whenever I plug it in, I like to keep it there 'till fully charged, catch my drift?)...and whenever it does this, I can't wirelessly sync. Any thoughts? And thank you!
