Failed iTunes Match Computer Addition.

My Mac Running Mac OS X Mountain Lion Deve Preview 3 will no allow me to add my computer to iTunes Match....? Any Ideas.. I click Add this Computer and it does nothing.

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.10)
