Bootcamp Cannot be used: The disk is not journaled.

every time I try to use bootcamp this error happens. Stranger still, my disk is journaled and appears as journaled, my gut tells me its this time machine backups disk (that i cant delete) on my startup disk. The disk appears as journaled in disk utility, suggestions?
