Q: My error message reads "Apple Mobile Device is not running".

All of a sudden, none of our ipods will sync in our Itunes program. When using the Diagnostics to try to find the problem, the message "Apple Mobile Device is not running". Does anyone know where I can download Apple Mobile Device or have information on how to fix this?
