Reset issues with a 5th gen classic

My 5th gen is corrupted, so itunes tells me. It was working fine until I plugged it into itunes this morning and now it won't respond to anything. I've tried to reset a few times but it's responding to nothing. Completely frozen! With a full battery.

What next?

iPod classic

How did you try and reset the iPod and did you make sure the hold switch was not activated when you did it? To reset the iPod, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together at the same time long enough for the Apple logo to appear. Sometimes it can take up to a minute before you can get a response when trying to reset it, so be sure to hold the buttons down long enough.
