Cannot change language from Arabic to English

Cannot change language from Arabic to English

This info is great (if obvious) but although all the language settings I can find one my iPad are set to English, it still persistently displays in Arabic. For instance if I want to share a video onto Facebook from YouTube/TED talks the facebook popup is always Arabic. And the stupid popup window doesn't even have an "English" change option. So I'm stuck on that screen unable to do anything. Yes, I bought it here in Saudi where I work, but still ALL settings say "English".

And what does "in the Enterprise" mean?

In a school / business / corporate environment. Used for a large deployement of iPads.

You could try Resetting your iPad 'As A New Device' iOS: How to back up your data and set up as a new device, and change the language back to English.

Did it..everything is set to English and the region to US, but when I try to share a video the Facebook window pops up in Arabic (although the app and website aren't).. Getting really frustrated.
