Good evening. I need some tips to fix my ipod touch. It's always freezing up and nothing is working on it.

Try the usual steps: restart, reset, restore.

If that doesn't help, particularly if you restore to factory settings and use the iPod without any third-party apps, your iPod may have a hardware problem and will need to take or send the iPod to Apple for service.
