HOW DO I GET "BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE" ACCENTS IN MY LANGUAGES? "PORTUGAL PORTUGUESE" SHOWS CORRECT ACCENTS BUT "BRAZIL" LANGUAGE DOES NOTHING

How do I get correct accents on "Brazilian Portuguese" settings? "Portugal Portuguese" gives me most of the accents but not all nor in the correct keyboard position. When I click on "Brazil" as the language nothing changes from English. Even though it indicates "Brazilian Portuguese" in the language list and is clicked, it does nothing.
