Slow going

My computer seems to be proccessing very slowly. Everything from openning programs to working in Mail to web browsing is very slow. I have run Disk Warrior in the past cople of weeks and had to zap the pram a few days ago. I have gone into the prefences for my browser and dumped the cookies. Anything I missed?
