Q: iso assistant

I have a phone that was jailbroken. I tried to erase and reset as I did not want a jailbroken phone. My Iphone 3 will not restore using Itunes. the error line is 1015. I think that there is a solution by using iso assistant but I cannot find this feature. where is the iso assistant so that I can recover the use of my phone legitimately.

    I've never heard of anything called "iso assistant". I can't even find anything called "iOS Assistant", a name which would make more sense.

     

    With a jailbroken iPhone you're pretty much on your own - we can't help much in these forums, but try putting the iPhone into DFU mode and restoring it:

    If that fails, then the jailbreak may have permanently disabled your iPhone. You'll have to look elsewhere to try and find any additional suggestions.
