Error:  "iTunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing.  Please re-install iTunes."

New Window:  "Windows Installer:  The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package iTunes.msi in the box below."  (Tried all listed files - non work - same message comes up)

New Window:  "The installation source for this product is not available.  Verify that the source exists and that you can access it."

I have also tried to uninstall iTunes and it will not uninstall.

I had an IT man here to fix it and he couldn't.  I would be grateful for any help to solve this problem to get my iTunes up and running again.

Thank You

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/182/18243768-1.gifthingy on the Major Geeks page):

    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
