Q: locked out and ipod is diabaled any help?

my ipod touch (the new one) has been locked and itried to reset it but all it did was disablee it and i tried to hook up to the computer to itunes.com and it wont read it ......and advice?

While connected to iTunes, you have to put it in Recovery Mode. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
