What do you mean by "secondary email address"?
The app asked me for a different email address to access if I lost my phone. I accidently entered it wrong
Try going to https://appleid.apple.com/, click on "Manage your account" on the right, sign into the Apple ID you were using on your phone when you got this prompt, click on "Name, ID and Email Address" on the left (if not already highlighted), locate the wrong email address to the right, click Edit to change, click "verify now". Watch this email address for a verification email from Apple; when received click on the verification link to verify.
