Slow Win7 (64bit) Performance on Bootcamp 4

I searched the forum and know several posts are on this topic. However, it still doesn't answer my question and I am puzzled how it could even be possible.

Specs:

MBP 15-inch: 2.4 GHz

  • 2.4GHz quad-core Intel Core i7
  • 8GB 1333MHz
  • 750GB 5400-rpm
  • Intel HD Graphics 3000
  • AMD Radeon HD 6770M with 1GB GDDR5
  • Lion 10.7.3
  • Bootcamp 4 with Win 7 64bits

VS

HP Envy Beats Edition

  • 2.53GHz Core i5 460M
  • 4GM 1333MHz
  • 500GB 5400-rpm
  • AMD Radeon HD 5650M with 1GB GDDR5
  • Win 7 64bits

The specs on the MBP is superior in almost every aspects of hardware. Yet during a test on rendering in Rhino 4 SR 9, the HP finished rendering the same file HOURS before the MBP (for the record, it is still rendering). Is there something I should check to make sure I utilize all the processing power on the MBP?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)
