I always get 'Location Not Available' for one of my contacts in the Find My Friends app. This same friend get's the same message when trying to find me. The app and the iOS software on both iPhones is up to date, the dates and time on both iPhones are correct and both iPhones are in the UK where the Find my Friends service works fine.
There is one condition in which we can see where each other is and that is by having the app open on both phones, this is unlike all my other contacts within the Fnd my Friends app where I can see where they are despite the app not being open on their devices. Can anyone help? It's really bugging us.
