Can I buy tv programs in Jamaica
Jamaica is not on this list. Can I purchase tv programs in Jamaica on itunes?

At the moment no, TV shows are not available for purchase in Jamaica (and you can only buy content from your own country's store). If/when TV shows might becom available there nobody on here will know, but ultimately it's the TV show distributors that have to grant Apple a license to sell their content in a particular country.
