I am from Israel. I wanna buy an iphone 4 from the USA. If I will buy it, it will be with the English version... Could I change it for Hebrew version? to write in Hebrew letters and etc? Thanks for the answers!

You have to buy factory unlock iPhone from USA. otherewise it will be locked in othere country...and you have to use it as iPod.......
So only if it will be unlocked I could use this in any language I want to?
Why? You will have no warranty outside of the United States. All carriers in Israel sell unlocked phones.

Please read the tech specs. Apple products are always multilingual, there is no English or Hebrew "version" of anything they make.
Buy an iphone from USA when you live in other country.
