How can I get help with an app not working properly?

I just bought a 'learn Gujarati' app and the sound is so low I can hardly hear it even with the sound control on the iPad turned up as high as it would go. I have only had the iPad a few months - present from children, and I LOVE it and want to make most of it, thanks, Chrissy

You would need to contact the developer if it is a problem with the app. Do you have sound problems with other apps or only this one?

You can contact the developer by opening up the app in iTunes, some developers have either a link to their website or a link to app support.

Thank you so much for replying to me. The first thing I checked was the sound on my iPad and it was fine. I will try to open it up in iTunes I didn't know I could do that so thanks for the tip. Is there no way to contact the AppStore about problems with apps bought from them, do we always have to go direct to the developer? I suppose this makes sense but I would think that the AppStore might want feedback on apps that don't work well.

Thanks

Chrissy

Thank you so much I will use your link to cancel this app, it isn't worth the bother for the basic info it provides and I will definitely try to leave a comment too.

I still don't understand about opening it up in iTunes, I tried to do that and it couldn't find it, it's not a song it's a simple language aid to learning Gujarati which is an Indian dialect, maybe I didn't make myself clear enough in my original post,

Thank you, you've given enough links for me to sort it out now, I know this is simple but when I first worked with computers I input data on punched cards and I have a tendency to panic now with the pace of change.

Thanks Chrissy
