Why is it that i can not play my tv shows and movies

I have been having issues viewing my tv shows and mvies in itunes version 10.6.1 for windows 7. I have went throght there support articles and adjusted the settings recomed to fix the issue and it still exists. This issue dod not happen to me when running version 10.6 but when they updated us to version 10.6.1 the issue cam up preventing me to veiw my conetent. I have even tryed reistalling the applicashion which did not fix it. Can someone help me out even if it is somone who works for apple. sine i am not gettign anywhere with this.

Itunes-OTHER, Windows 7, (64 bit)

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Quicktime
seperate to Itunes

I have tryed that alredy and it does not fix the issue. The problem is with the recent update itunes did to there softwere.

is there an issue you with your account maybe you might need to reset you Itunes account I had an issue like that once?
send a email to support if you haven't

and try loging into the store

Thye did check my accout and there is not an issue with it. The issue seems to be with the itunes softwere whuch came up when there most recient update came out wich is version 10.6.1 which caused the issue. version 10.6 worked fine untell i was uppgraded to this version.

Repair your QuickTime.

Control Panel > Programs n Fearures > highlight QuickTime, click CHANGE then REPAIR.

Do the same REPAIR for your iTunes as well and see.

Ok, I will try that but i suscept it may do the same. It may take a few minits to do but check in about 7 minits for an update,

Just double check if you have the latest version of QuickTime.

Yes i have the latest version. Anything else that i could try since apple is require some sort of sieral number to get support since i do not have any apple devises since it is a oftwere issue and they are nto being much help to me.

I did try the article and nothing on there seems to fix the issue. I have belive that there is a bug in the softwere

I have seen many of the similar issue but were able to be fixed by repairing QuickTime. So you are saying it's not playing at all or audio out of sync or video choppy?

I am not getting any video, I do get about 3 seconds of audio then it stops.
