Ho do you remove a locked grid from your iphone photo? Cannot change the photo in the viewing window or remove the grid.
Open the camera App, tap Options, switch grid to Off
Thanks for your response. The grid already is off. It's not in the camera mode that you see it, but rather when attempting to view photos. It is a grid locked on one photo, and you can't view any other photos. This is my husband's phone, not mine. I checked the settings in mine, and they seem to be the same. He is going to have to stop at the Verizon store and hope they can fix it.
Try resetting the phone to see if this solves the issue. Hold the Home button and the power on/off button together for some 10 to 15 seconds, and ignore the power off slider, until an apple icon appears and wait while the phone resets itself. You will not lose any data or settings on the phone.
