PowerPoint Problem On Mac... Please Help!

Hello

I am having a PowerPoint problem on Mac:

When I connect my Macbook Pro to the projector by a VGA cable and I set the PowerPoint as a full screen it works on Mac but on the projector what's show on the laptop it's shown on the projector but small in the left side and a counter like the quicktime and the time increasing and some other icos that are only in Mac like the close and minimize and other things

so why am I facing like that? and how can I solve this issue to show the full screen from the laptop on the projector?

BTW I am using Mac OS X snow leopard

Please help me as fast as you can because it's kind of urgent

Thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

I will check if it's on or not in a min

and I will tell you what happens when I plug the VGA cable to the Mac:

When I plug it the screen turns blue for few seconds and then everything in the laptop become bigger and it shows on the projector but when I turn the PowerPoint in a full screen ( only when I turn it in full screen) it doesn't show the full screen on the projector and the content of the power point page in the upper left side of the projector and in the middile and right side it shows like the quicktime and some icons related to Mac

Will let u know if the Mirroring is on or off

And thanks for replying 🙂

The Mac resulotion is 1440-900 and the projector IDK because it's not mine , I just have a presentation at school and I am using their projector and whoconnected the mac to projector is a professional technical man but their projector is good becaue it's for big auditoriums and not a projector for 1 meters or 2 meters screen

I talked to him and he told me that he doesn't work always with mac and told me to ask the Apple Store but also they said I have to bring the laptop and the projector to try it and the projector is in the school and my presintation is at Monday so if you have any tips or settings I have to change them in the Mac or the projector I can try it with the pro technical man.

It's ok and don't worry about messing up with something , nothing will happen 😀
