How to reinstall Snow Leopard

I have an old PowerBook G4 that I've been screwing around with, and recently in a crazy attempt to free up some disk space, I deleted all of my programs. Yes, I know, that was stupid 🙂. Anyway, ALL of my programs (including Prefs and Disk Utility, etc.) are gone. I have an ISO of both Leopard and Snow Leopard on two DVDs. The G4 also has a bad CD drive. I would prefer to use my Win 7 PC to burn disks/make bootable USBs/whatever else I need to do, but if required, I also have a MacBook Pro running Lion. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dylan

Hook the powerbook up to the Macbook pro in Target Disk Mode and do the installation on the Powerbook (If Lion will let you). More info on Target Disk Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1661
