Connect PC to internet via iPhone 4s. No other access available.

Want to access internet on my gaming PC.

Have iPhone 4s.

I do not have access to internet from another source.

Do I need iTunes on the PC to allow the iPhone 4s to connect PC to internet (drivers installed from iTunes)?

If so, how do I download iTunes to the PC?

Is there a CD available?

Can I copy setup from my iMac or PC laptop?
