My Macbook pro is Start up with white screen without apple logo - stuck and can.t do any thing

Are you holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds to make sure the MBP is shut down before trying 1, 2, 3?

It would be helpful to know which MBP you have and which OS you're running.

Also, some things which cause a gray/white screen cause it to take much longer doing anything, so you may want to try some of your previous efforts and wait 5 minutes or so after each.

I tried hold Shift and option to log to safe mode

Shift and Option together do not do anything.

Option (alone) is the simplest thing your Mac can do. It does not even require a Hard drive at all. It will show an Icon for each potential boot Volume (if any).

Shift (alone) is the most helpful thing your Mac can do, it tries to repair the drive as it starts up and invokes Safe Mode.

The code for the Option key is all in ROM. If it cannot do that, it has Hardware problems, and will need to go to the Apple Store, an Apple-Authorized Service Provider, Apple mail-in Service, or an independent service provider (this last one at your expense).
