Please help me out !
i have forgetton the password of my iphone 4s Os5.1.
I dont want to loose any data in it and neither i want it to restore it from computer.
Please please help me out of this.

The only way that you can be sure of not losing any content is to remember the passcode. If you can't remember it then you'll need to connect the iPhone to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the phone and re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPhone into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
