Can't report a problem with iTunes store purchase

Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this - when I click report a problem it takes me to the link to learn how to report the problem - not the actual screen to report the problem. Annoying - never have had a smooth transaction when giving gifts. Always a problem for the receiver and for me. Ugh.

This has affected me too lately - previously it seemed to take you directly to a reporting link now it just goes to iTunes support pages.

That's correct. Select Contact Support will leads you to Express Lane to provide necessary information before Apple gives you the Contact Options:
