Q: How do you remove hidden purchased apps permanently?

How do you remove hidden purcased iphone applications (Apps) permanently?

When you delete the app from your iphone and also the from you Mac computer, they are just hidden and not deleted pernanently !!!!

There isn't and option to allow you to do this. Maybe this is a safeguard to secure and not to accidently delete purchases but as with most delete functions 2 or more levels can be built in with confirmation at each to minimise this but ultimately the user's need the option to completely temove all unwanted items purchased or not.
