i hv enabld evrything in the setting but when i tap on manage storage, nuthing seems to be there!! whats rong!! what can i do..?

What are you expecting to be there, have you created any iWork documents in iCloud for example.
like i have apps with huge documents and data fr eg. whatsapp!! so in icloud ive allowd apps to store documents and data in it, buh nothing goes in there!! its all using up my fone memory!!
App data is stored on the phone, unless the app is specifically developed to work with iCloud, not many are as yet. App data is mainly only stored in iCloud as part of a back up, if you use iCloud back ups.

If you mean a way to use online storage instead of your phone, for data from apps that are not supporting iCloud, then I don't believe you can do this.
