if I make 5 finger swipe to switch between app, ios diagnostics application screen appears. (
app for remote diagnostics to the genius bar or via call center)
Is this normal?
I noticed this after diagnosis to the genius bar.
I already restored from itunes and dfu
It can depend on ticket remained open in express lane?
Obviously never jailbreak

It doesn't sound normal to me as I have never heard of this. Did you take your iPad to an Apple Store for diagnosis or repair in the past? If so, contact them and let them reset the iPad back to "normal" condition.
yes .. in the past for another problem, the genius bar had opened safari and address "diags :/ /". doing this appeared ios hidden diagnostic menu. since then appears with the swipe between the app.
Yesterday genius advised me to restore dfu but nothing has changed.
This has been happening to me too after an appointment at the Genius Bar. Have you been able to find a fix?
I also tried to restore from backup, but the problem persists. The setting is probably stored in my personal backup after the appointment with the genius
The only way I've found is:
directly on ipad "Settings" "General" "restore" "restore settings" (not "erase content and settings").
This deletes only some settings but not data and apps.
Then I made new backup on iTunes and the problem has not been presented more.
This worked for me too!
