Q: how to change the default iTunes language

I live in NL but my first language is English, sure I'm learning Dutch and use it where I can but at home I prefer not to work so hard at understanding everything. Is it possible to live in one place but pick a language you prefer?

If I moved to a country like China Japan or Russia I'd really be in trouble ...

Forget the question apparently itunes language is via billing address as my address is NL then Dutch is the only language available.... Strange but true..

I can switch to the UK store but the content changes and to buy anything i have to go back to teh NL store and Dutch...

Now if only I could find the Dutch for Rosetta Stone....
