Hello all,

My podcast is available everywhere and seems to work great with feedburner :

Feed://feeds.feedburner.com/TabletteCafe

But since some days (weeks?) without any change in configuration, no episode can be downloaded via iTunes (iOS or Mac). Everything works great with external apps (podcaster, downcast...)

Any idea please ???

Regards,

Please post the URLs when you have a question. Your iTunes Store page is at

http://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/tablette-cafe-!/id449683694

and your feed is at

http://feeds.feedburner.com/TabletteCafe

I was able to subscribe and download your latest two episodes on a Mac, though the server is beingr quite slow to respond; it may be that you aren't giving it long enough.

Your media is being hosted on Google feedproxy: for example your latest episode is at

http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/TabletteCafe/~5/hbr5LT30LOE/2012-04-28_tablette_c afe_13.mp3

and this redirects to

http://cafe.tablette-tactile.net/media/2012-04-28_tablette_cafe_13.mp3

iTunes isn't always happy with redirects and though it's working eventually in this case it may be a contributory factor. I asasume the reason for doing this is to get Feedburner statistics, but it's really better to use the direct URL to the actual file for best results.

Hello Roger,

Thanks for your help. After reading your reply, I tried and succeded with iTunes on a Mac too.

But, with my iPhone, I'm still stuck at "10.6 Ko on 10.6 Ko" (see my screenshot here : /___sbsstatic___/migration-images/migration-img-not-avail.png )

Some times ago, I was able to download with iOS without any issue...

Do you have any idea ?
