Q: the itunes store wont load on my daughters account, but does on the rest of the families. I have un-installed and re-installed itunes. Its still happening. Any suggestions would be great.

It's sounding like a LSP problem (although the way it's only affecting one user account also has me wondering about a possible iTunes Parental controls issue).

Perhaps start with the following document (try running Autoruns while logged into your daughter's Windows user account):

Are any LSPs (other than Bonjour) showing up in Autoruns? If so, could you let us know their names please?

Okay ... we'd better revisit the LSP possibilities. Normally, I'd expect a LSP issue to be systemwide, not just confined to a single user account. But I've been wrong about this sort of thing before, and the "Accessing ..." hang is such a classic LSP-sort-of-symptom.
