Q: Reviewing a purchased app...

I'm trying to review an app that i purchased and it keeps telling me that "in order to write a customer review for this item, you must have purchased or downloaded it first." I have purchased and downloaded it, but can't review it! Help!

    All the billions of us cannot write to review in the app store because it's being blocked apparently the same way that most posts about this topic get closed on these forums it seems Apple is trying to hide something and to prevent us from reviewing apps. However, I find this very frustrating because every purchased app I have, keeps hassling me to review them. Every time I click on the link to review I am faced with the stupid message telling me I need to purchase the app..  But I have purchased the app. Just look on the reviews section for OS X Yosemite for example! The most recent review is about three months old! Now that's pretty hot to believe isn't it?

    absolutely thousands of people complaining about this in forums all over the Internet. It seems somehow hard to believe that Apple is not aware of this issue but they are staying silent on it which is why I'm here addng my five cents worth
