Apr 30, 2012 1:36 AM in response to hillaryocalby necronym,Have you installed the Windows Migration Assistant from Apple?
It can be downloaded from here: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1415
This needs to be downloaded and installed on your Windows PC. Once installed and running, your Mac should be able to Migrate Data to your Mac.

Apr 30, 2012 9:02 PM in response to necronymby hillaryocal,@necronym:
Yes, I have M.A. installed on both the Mac and PC. The problem arises when I open MA on both computers. My Mac recognizes my PC and I can select it. It then shows me a code and tells me to verify that the code is also on my PC. However, when I open MA on my PC, it says it cannot connect with my Mac.
Hmm...
Thank you for your time! Much appreciated.

May 1, 2012 12:09 AM in response to hillaryocalby necronym,The Mac and PC are connected on the same network or are at least connected to one another (firewire or ethernet)?
I'd connect an ethernet cable between the Mac and PC (not through a router) and try the MA again.
