Telstra Wi Fi connection problem

I've added a Telstra Wi Fi 4G modem F620, all diagnostic lights are green in preferences showing the conection to the modem is OK but I can't get any web page to come oup. Where lies the problem?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Dual Core 2 Processor with 4 Gb RAM
