icloud back-up
what should i do if my iphone 4 is not taking icloud back-up even if it's connected to wi-fi, plugged in and locked?

I just had to replace my iphone but I couldnt stay in store to backup eberything onto the phone now I dont know how to do it and I need my phone running can you help?
