cannot sync my Iphone 4S with itunes.
I cannot sync my Iphone 4S after updated itunes. Can someone teach me how to fix this problem?

You picked a pretty old thread to resurrect Blazz68. You generally need iTunes 12.3 to sync an iOS 9 device (unless you're running Vista or XP, in which case make that 12.1.3). More details about your problem might be helpful.
lol, I just noticed that posted date:). I have the latest iTunes as well iOS on my iPhone 4s.
The sync button no matter how many ways I try stays greyed out. I think I hit revert a week or so, but never knew what that would do and think something messed up, or the latest update.
I am looking at an hardware update but my phone is still mint and works just fine...I like the smaller size:). If one can help mainly to back up my phone and prepare for whatever I choose.
