Q: Apps wont transfer to new iPad

I had the first iPad and have purchased a new one. I did a restore of my old to the new and cant not get apps to transfer. I checked the boxes to setup the apps to sync and keep getting a message that the computer is not authorized. I authorized it and it still wont do it.

iPad Wi-Fi + 4G, iOS 5.1

Are you signed into the correct account on the iPad? Settings>Store>Apple ID. Check the ID and make sure that it is the same ID with which the apps were purchased.
