How to change shipping address?

My apple id is created in Hong Kong and I'm using a Hong Kong credit card to make purchases. However, I'm currently studying in the UK and I would like to order some photo prints directly from iPhoto. However, while proceeding to 'checkout' there is no 'Edit Shipping' for me to click, why?

My location is set as Hong Kong, but I would like the prints shipped to my current UK address and I can't seem to change the address, it's set as Hong Kong or the United States but I can't change it to United Kingdom...
