can you install itunes to a memory card and use it from there?

i dont have my own computer yet, and do not want to install itunes on the one i borrow. can i install itunes to a memory card and use it from there? seems like you would be able to but I dont know. I know the easiest solution is to get my own computer!!

iPad (3rd generation) Wi-Fi, Windows 7

Not really. You could put a small iTunes Library on a memory card, or just the media. The application itself will only install on the main computer.
