I've checked all of my PC's & MAC's in the house, all are up and running Home Sharing... The Network is up and working fine, ATV is receiving signal, playing all of Streaming iTunes media, YouTube, MLB, NHL and so on. When I go to connect to the Home Sharing, it says To Access your iTunes Library on ATV, turn on Home Sharing on the Computer using my ID. Well they are all on...
What is the missing link here???

Your iTunes account user name is an ID, right?

Hi Tom,
Yes I have numerous times, and no go. I've even reset the ATV, and even tried to reset it to factory settings. I've read many different posts on this issue. I've turned off IPv6, I've checked the network settings for everyting, the ATV is on Wireless only. I dont' know what to do next.
I just recently let it upgrade, and now the format is totally different from what it was before. IDK if the update is what is causing all of these problems.

check Airport settings, Apple ID login on all Macs/devices, let Genius

It seems, your ATV is connected on the internet, but it is NOT using the same network as your computer with the iTunes library.

Is the tv perhaps connected to your router by Ethernet?
Nope it's all Wireless... I just don't get it, 3 PC's are using WIndows XP, 2 PC's are using Windows 7, My MACBookPro, iPhone 4s, & my Gen 1 iPad are MAC networked all on the same Workgroup. Only 2 PC's are Wired.
Everything else, plus the XBOX, & Wii are all wireless.
Workgroup. Apple network. All showing up. Are you on Lion
by any chance? Even if not, you might want to skim the below
thread. If you were to take the workgroup out of the equation
could you get the tv talking to the Mac?
