I lost my ipod touch, what can I do to locate it.

I lost my ipod touch this past Saturday and unfortunately never downloaded icloud or any other type of tracking service. I am desperate to find it because I have over 1,300 pictures of my daughters on it and never took the time to download the pictures onto my laptop. I am hoping there is someway to locate it, if not I just lost the only photos I have of my children for the past 2 years, all holiday photos (Christmas, Easter, Birthdays), all vacation photos......everything. I am crushed.

- All you had to do with iOS 5 is to go Settings>iCloud and turn FindMyiPod on. and have wifi on and connected. If you turned it on go to icloud.com, sign in and click on FinfMyiPhone. See if its location shows up.

- Without that feature on all you can do is look for it the old fashioned way. Also, that feature can be permently removed by restoring the iPod which also erases the iPod.

- Apple will not help

Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product

- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report it to the police.
