Q: Where Did This "extra" Calendar Come From?

I have an odd thing happening.  Under the Window drop-down menu, just above "Bring All to Front", I have a remnant from some prior account called 'Feldman Family Calendar'.  As you can see, it is not in the calendars list.  What gives?
