I recently updated my ipad to OS 5.1.   And well, that process wiped out my entire ipad.  I have tried syncing the device and have retrieved some of my apps, but not any of the ones I purchased within the ipad including in-app purchases.  How do I get any of this back?  I feel like I must contact apple to fix this.
