I recently upgrade from Snow Leopard to Lion by purchasing the program via the Apple Store on-line, rather than purchase a disc. When I made the purchase I received a receipt via email, but there is no serial number for the program. Now that I have done the upgrade on my Mac Book, I would also like to upgrade my son's iMac but am not sure how to go about doing that If anyone knows how, please advise. Thanks!

Peace, K

You you won't be charged for it again. You can download it to all the macs you own so keep a copy on an external drive or USB stick before installing next time and it will save you having to download again if needed. Cheers Pete

Go back to the App store,  logged in from your same account-  on the computer to upgrade. Across the top of the app store window click on Purchases and Download LIon.
