Address book help.

I added one contact now I can't get my details to open in the address book, I have to double click on the name and it opens in a separate window and I can't change it. HELP! It's driving me nuts!

I also can't import my contacts from OUTLOOK on my Windows laptop and forget Migration assistant!😠 😕
